Ria Lina Dear Daughter 4**** - One4Review

Ria Lina Dear Daughter 4****

| On 15, Aug 2016

Ria Lina is a very well educated and funny performer. She always has a great line of material interspersed with her ability to sing comedy songs accompanied with her ukulele and in this performance, like the last couple of years also, she showcases her talents as only she can.
She is a mother of four including her step-son, and a lot of her set in 2016 is about marriage and families, with tongue in cheek dark humour and of course death.
Ms Lina reads out extracts of letters to her daughter as if guiding her through the trials and tribulations of the world how to deal with boys, the issues of being a woman and more, all delivered with the right mixture of awkwardness and sound advice then breaking away to life assurance, wills and even funeral arrangements. Doesn’t sound a barrel of laughs but Ria makes it so and then some with loads of laugh out loud moments.
She is such a petite lady one could question how she can have so much comic ability and charisma packed in but rest assured she does. Definitely an hour well spent.
