A slightly abridged Noise Next Door, one of the Toms has left, have been doing what they have been doing for almost a decade. They create a family friendly afternoon improv show that is just as enjoyable for parents as it is for their offspring.
There is a very loose storyline each time but audience participation both with suggestions and occasional visits to the stage is not only encouraged it is demanded. And they get the support they deserve.
The 4 guys, Tom, Charlie, Sam and Matt lead one and all through an adventure of high drama and madcap mayhem using all the tricks of the improvisers’ trade expounding energy and verve in all they produce. Okay as with all improv somethings work better than other but the overall result is one of a thoroughly successful hour for everyone.
Each day of course there will be different suggestions so there is little to be gained in saying what I experienced, but having seen the previous year’s offerings I am certain the quality will be of the same high standard.
