WOW!  UniverSoul Circus have to be one of the coolest and most colourful shows out there, this is a show that you should definitely go to see.

Hip Hop Under the Big Top promised to deliver edge-of-your-seat performances and a soundtrack that would blow the roof off the tent and it did exactly that.  The performers really do mean business as they explode onto the stage with a sensational vibrant carnival set.

Established 25 years ago, Universoul have picked the Edinburgh Fringe as the venue for the European Premiere of America’s largest circus. The troupe are made up of an international cast including limbo fire-dancers, tight rope performers and acrobats.  There was a good mix of audience interaction, slapstick comedy, beautiful choreography and amazing circus exploits all culminating in a truly captivating performance.

The energy of the cast is seriously infectious as the audience join in on a game of Simon Says that has everyone on their feet dancing. When the tempo did slow down the audience were indulged with a breathtaking routine mixing ballet with trapeze.

From astonishing acrobatic escapades to stunning dance routines and body contortion mixed with an unbelieavable amount of energy, UniverSoul deliver a jaw dropping performance from beginning to end.  I absolutely loved this show!
