Attrape Moi is brought to the Fringe by the talented Quebecois circus troupe, Flip Fabrique. The show is a dizzying mix of traditional circus skills – juggling, acrobatics, diablos and hula-hooping, rope-work and trampolining. All of these entertainments, and more, feature in a story based on a group of friends having a fun summer weekend.

The energy levels are high, and maintained throughout the hour long show. The grand finale comes with the arrival of a giant trampoline on stage. The performers time the act to perfection, with everyone synchronised as they bounce and land in the most improbable positions. The children sitting next to me were absolutely enthralled, as were the rest of us.

Comic sequences were fun, notably the scene where the performers were inside their sleeping bags (that one had the children screaming with laughter). The cast genuinely looked to be having an absolute ball, and the mood was infectious. The show was deservedly given a standing ovation, and everyone left with a smile on their face. A fun-filled, very family-friendly hour well spent!
