There can’t be may comedians who enter their venue dressed as a root vegetable, in this case a carrot, but then there are not many comedians like Lucy Porter. The Good Life is the theme of Lucy’s show this year, and she even has a set! She also still has the ability to pack to the rafters her Cabaret Bar space, still has her elfin charm and thank goodness her sense of humour must have been acquired from ‘Lucy-fer’ itself. Her material is wide ranging, although has a lot to do with good, good people, being more environmentally friendly, weddings, relationships and how she would like to be thought of, so much so that she has even written her own eulogy, and selected who she wants to deliver it at her funeral. Lucy, I hope I never have to hear it for real, ’cause the Fringe, in fact the world would be a poorer place  with out you in it. *****
