Based in the Netherbow’s Scottish Storytelling Centre, this is a simply stunning show. Anyone who fails to fall in love with Larry, simply has a heart made of stone! It is an actual joy to behold, as we followed the actions and adventures that were presented to Larry, there were laughs and giggles and moments of wonderment. The puppets are terrific and the props are highly effective and fun to watch as their purpose becomes clear.

The story is that of an extremely hardworking man named Larry who seems to have lost his way a little, with way too much emphasis being placed on his worklife and not nearly enough on his own wellbeing. Probably a lesson in there for each of us on some level.

If you are around in the Fringe this year, I whole heartedly recommend that this show be placed highly on your ‘to do’ list.

A terrific show, well done to all of those involved!
