Amos Gill is a straight. Aussie, white dude, apparently somewhat of a rarity at this years Edinburgh Fringe which he happily acknowledges! His show, at the Gilded Balloon Nightclub is loaded with very funny observations from his life and travels. 

 

He’s incredibly engaging and delivers a decent routine and covers a vast range of subject material.  Like many comedians, his parents are picked on a fair bit, particularly his mother who’s now on husband no.3 with a rich dude – he’s not complaining, he’s quite fond of the speedboat now!  

 

His selection of Saudi jokes went down a storm, let’s hope they don’t buy this fantastic event! 

 

Are we all truly happy he asks? What makes you happy? Is true happiness attainable in the modern world? Will he look towards his grandparents for inspiration? Conversely what makes us sad and depressed?  Is there really any harm in turning ourselves into human schnitzels encased in our duvet day crumbs?  

 

Well Amos, your show made the crowd very happy, your delivery was excellent, and we had a great time! 

 

Highly recommended – we look forward to seeing more!
