He sounds like he should be French or Italian, but in fact this South African born comedian grew up in the Isle of Mann of all places. Pierre has a beautiful observational comedy style and his delivery is on the nose.

Sharp, witty and incredibly clever, he has his audience howling with laughter from the very start of this hour long show held at Monkey Barrel 3. It was great to see a full house and enjoy an hour of his material.

Neurodivergence plays a big part of his act and he recounts his own journey and subsequent diagnosis. When did he realise he was different? Well maybe reading all those fantasy novels was a clue!

He tackles the issues of social and non-social drinking and how different it is for us in the UK. French kids drink wine, can you imagine if we started doing that here!

There’s some very clever historical references and the whole show has a lovely flow to it. It’s a cracking piece of stand up and we were left thoroughly entertained.
