This show is going to appeal to a particular audience, and that is probably those who are comfortable with the more anarchic end of the comedy spectrum. One person in the audience (though only one) looked decidedly non-plussed with the entire enterprise.

The show takes place in a yurt which was rather warm (think of a sauna) on the day I went, though Ms Duff thoughtfully provided some jugs of water to go round. There was also water in other receptacles for the culmination of the show, in which I rather enjoyed participating. The show itself is a work in progress and there’s a definite feeling of joyful abandon about this performance: let’s try it and see if it works, if not, I’ll do it different next time. I rather enjoy this willingness to brave public humiliation in the name of funny, but neither that nor the show’s basic premise of sex and its associated difficulties will be for everyone.

Not her ‘proper’ show, but definitely worth a shot.
