Maybe there is something in the air in Ireland that makes the conveyor belt of really funny comics churn out more year after year. Okay Delamere has been around for a while, I first saw him in 2008, but he is certainly a quality comedian and is always a pleasure to watch.

In a packed out room, with loads of his fellow countryman in attendance , Neil and his sparkling wit, engaging personality backed up with a delightfully written set has one and all in his spell from the off and holds them there for the duration.

He enjoys riffing with the front row, and loves to gather gems to return to later in proceedings, yet his prepared material both asks a few questions ,yet at the same time is wrung dry with humour and laugh out loud punchlines. He talks about how Brexit will affect the border counties of Ireland, even though they had no say in the referendum, Boris, insurance, the Abortion decision, Irish weather, Irish vets and the Air Lingus lounge amongst other stopping off points in the hour.

Delamere has a massive following ‘back home’ and it is easy to see why. If you haven’t seen him before then do yourselves a favour get along as remedy that, you will not be disappointed.
