It has been a few years since I have seen this amiable very funny Canadian comedian perform here in Edinburgh but here he is back at last.
His initial audience warm-up referenced the sound bleed from another room and being the seasoned pro he is integrated it into his performance. He also had the compulsory pop at Boris and has a thing about TV nudity in the UK and loves Naked Attraction, he even has an idea for version 2.0.Jay now lives and works in the USA, during the pre Trump era and  has a few issues with the current administration and politics in general.
Other topics include the American opioid crisis, his relationships, dumping friends, being intimidated by beverages and an unusual method of how a child used to skip the immigration queue, although maybe not to imitated by everyone. The finale was about an incident that could have been just that for him.
JJ is back where he belongs in stage entertaining a late evening audience, you don’t want to miss out.
