Australian due Matt and Rich, aka The Listies, are back again with an hour of crazy antics and belly laughs. This year they are compiling their ‘Ickypedia’, a list of gross made up words, some of which will remain forever in our vocabulary. These include “fartled, nudling and smellfie”. There is no story to the show, rather The Listies seamlessly move from one joke or scenario to another.
The chemistry between the duo is wonderful. Rich is the straight guy, tutting loudly and eye rolling at Matt’s crazy dancing and rude jokes. The hour-long show flew past and everyone, from very young children to grandparents were laughing, cringing and shouting throughout.
Highlights for us included the cleaning of Matt’s man cave, a whole section of the show where we witness the grossest kids’ room imaginable, the pretend car driving and the snot monster. The show ended on a high with the throwing of hundreds of mini snot babies onto the stage.
The show is suitable for children of all ages, especially those who find poo and fart jokes hilarious. A must see this year, and we’ll definitely be back to see them next year.
