Who is Kieran Hodgson? He is multi talented. He is an actor, writer, brilliant impressionist and above all a gifted story teller. Some might know him simply as Gordon from Two Doors Down, and indeed, the show is centred around his journey from accepting the role and subsequently uprooting himself from his London bubble to living in Glasgow.

There are many anecdotes along the way, from an underwhelming best man speech to awkward interactions with his Scottish cast and crew members including an embarrassing faux pas with the famously SNP supporting Elaine C Smith.

Those in the audience, who may only be aware of Kieran through his viral videos, and are expecting to see him impersonating the entire cast of Happy Valley, may be disappointed. The show is more autobiographical and centred on looking at Scotland through the eyes of an Englishman. An Englishman navigating his way through the intricacies of our colloquialisms, and food delicacies. Can we be the only nation that puts macaroni in a pie? Is Scotland really just a bit like a big Wales? Gets you thinking.
