For more than a few years now all smiling Aussie comic Bec Hill has been entertaining the Fringe world and beyond with the inventive style of comedy always creative and inclusive in her offerings.
This is a show that is obviously very important to her, it has been well nurtured and has finally emerged as a butterfly from the chrysalis. The end result is both pleasing on the senses yet there is a message within, and choice to be made.
There was a heartfelt plea from the stage that she wants no spoilers, so little of the hour can be revealed here, but it’s not giving too much away to say Ms Hill emerges as a time traveller, in a budget futuristic dress and a space helmet with sparkles created from a beer box, love the subtle brand choice.
Those who have seen her before will not be surprised at the creativity of her writing and performance, there is the use of both low and hi tech devices and this comedian’s comedian has even added a Q&A section about the future to save us having to travel there.
This is a show that is more than worthy of an hour of anyone’s time, and there are a limited number of chances to check it out for yourself, so don’t miss out.
